Our Scotch Ale is an excellent winter beer. Loaded with rich caramel and roasted malt flavors it clocks in at 7% ABV. We boil our wort for over 2 hours to create a rich caramel flavor due to heat-triggered Maillard reactions. This is a classic on-style Scotch Ale that is great ice cold or at warmer serving temperatures. Great for cool summer evenings on the porch.
