Sold as HBT Village Ale in the George and Dragon Hurstbourne Tarrant as the house ale and as Old Chap at The Cricketers in Tangley The Red House in Highclere and the George in Vernham Dean. This is a favourite Session Bitter at 3.8%. A malty flavoursome bitter hopped lightly with First Gold and East Kent Goldings. A traditional easy drinking English bitter to quench the thirst and pass the time.
