First brewed March '11 as part of our U.S.A. single hop series as 'Summit' which hop is a recently-released high-alpha dwarf variety grown on a low trellis system and not machine harvestable so these hops are gently picked by hand and are thus less damaged by the harvesting process. Strong orange tangerine and grapefruit citrus notes and insistent flavours come to the fore.
