- Chile isn’t a well known gin producer so breaking into the industry was no mean feat! The trio subjected many a bartender to sample after sample before settling on a blend that’s bursting with botanicals as unique as the area they grow in.
- It’s all thanks to Angel funding that this family run distillery on the edge of the Atacama desert can bring a taste of Chile straight to your front door and Lady couldn’t be more grateful!

Lady Ramirez Ibarbe's Story
My father is a Pisco Distiller. He is 85 years old and discovered his passion at 25 years old. Ever since I was little I've been learning from him and sharing in his passion for distilling and a few years ago I started to distill Pisco.
Cooking is my great passion. In the kitchen, I discovered the importance of aromas to improve my cooking and I started using herbs in my dishes. That is how I fell in love with herbs and then discovered that I could do the same with distilling!!
I found I could create unique spirits, full of the aromas that I like the most, and that would give thousands of people the opportunity to test the pure aromas of nature in a glass.
Atacama, where we make Nativo gin, is the wine region located in the far north of Chile. This Region has exceptional conditions for grapes and botanicals. The grapes and herbs are collected at over 1200 meters above sea level, near the mountains. The conditions there means the grapes and herbs are completely unique, which really adds to the purity of distillation.
