About the wine
- If oaky Aussie Chardonnay is like Dolly Parton, this South African oaky white is much more of an Uma Thurman!
- The winemaker is a big fan of the uber expensive Burgundy white 'Montrachet'. You can tell he had it in mind when creating this! It has the elegance, class and structure of its French cousin... but without the ridiculous price tag.
- As Angel Bridget wrote in her review 'Really chunky bottle of golden nectar. Excellent quality wine and almost a meal in a glass'

- Kobie is a top winemaker from one of South Africa’s most medalled wineries
- Faisal was a vineyard owner who realised the grapes he sold to boutique wineries were going into their top award winning wines...
- So he decided to employ Kobie and make their own wines. After all everyone says 'all great wine is made in the vineyard!' After 10 years and numerous medals all their hard work has paid off, and they get the awards and not their neighbours!
