Stepp Riesling Spatlese Trocken Herxheim am Berg 2012

A stunningly aged dry Riesling, made from late-harvest grapes. You get all those ripe, slightly raisined aromas, but in a bone dry wine that finishes fresh and mineral. It’s the sort of bottle that bends your brain a bit – we mean that as a very high compliment.

Grape: Riesling

ABV: 12.5%

Stepp Scheurebe Eiswein 1999 (37.5 cl)

Eiswein is made from grapes picked and pressed while frozen - only made in certain years when winter plays ball (like 1999). It gives the wine a magical mix of sweetness and vivid freshness. This one is bursting with sweet citrus, peach and floral aromas, with a lovely acidity keeping everything clean.

Grape: Scheurebe

ABV: 7.5%

Stepp Ortega Trockenbeerenauslese 1999 (37.5 cl)

Made from hand-selected, super-shrivelled berries packed with insane concentration. Aged for 27 years! The result is deep amber in colour and gloriously rich, with notes of apricot jam, honey and toast. It’s lush, layered and properly scrumptious.

Grape: Ortega

ABV: 10.5%
