    It depends on the household! We swear by a glass of sherry. But a fruity Shiraz to match his jolly spirit would work, or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc to refresh him mid-route. Pair with a mince pie, and you might just find extra gifts under the tree. 🎅🍷

  • How do you chill a bottle of wine quickly?

    Your guests are about to arrive and you forgot to pop the bubbly in the fridge. Nooooooo. Don’t panic – you can cool a wine right down by popping it in the freezer for 20 mins. But don’t forget it… or things might get explosive. 🍾💥

  • What wine should I serve with Christmas dinner?

    For turkey – a nice fruity red like Pinot Noir. For beef – you want something richer like a Cab Sav or Rioja Reserva. Anything else? Check out Matt’s comprehensive guide above. And honestly, it’s Christmas, so just go with what makes you happiest. ☺️
