More than great winemakers

All our winemakers are brilliant in their own way – they’re talented, hardworking, generous and deeply connected to the places they call home. But we wanted to shine a light on a few whose impact goes especially far beyond the bottle.

Naked’s Community Heroes fall into three loose-but-lovely categories:

Local leaders – the winemakers championing their regions, protecting their landscapes, investing in local people and proving that great wine can lift a whole community. Like Virgile Joly, Denis Crespo, Oscar Quevedo and Kieron Atkinson.

Charity superstars – the big-hearted winemakers turning bottles into something much bigger. Like Carmen Stevens and Daryl Groom.

Heroes in the face of disaster – the winemakers who stepped up when everything around them went sideways. Like Sam Plunkett and Katie Jones.
