  • Perfect with any fish, especially delicate fish crudités or light seafood pasta.

  • Deep, dark, brooding and oh so moreish. I love the blackberry and herbal notes for me its like drinking silk.

  • Ideal with aged beef from the Kamado (or Big Green Egg!) smoker, especially with a hint of hickory.

Domaine St Jean Terre des Hospitaliers Luberon

  • Big fan of Provence whites! This reminds me of an English orchard – apples, pears & melon. Best enjoyed solo in the sun with good music.

  • Fantastic with seafood, fresh goat's cheese, or a vibrant summer salad.
