Dreamed up by an Angel, chosen by Angels, for a wine made by Angels
It only felt right that for our first Angel-made wine, Angels should have a say on what it looks like. We put three label concepts on the table. One from Peter (our winning Angel), one from winemaker Ben Darnault, and one from the Naked team. Our designer took each idea and turned it into a polished label. Then we handed the decision over to the people who made this wine possible.
More than 8,000 Angels cast their vote. And fittingly, you chose Peter’s design.
His idea was inspired by the Angel community who helped create this wine – with the feather subtly nodding to an Angel’s wings – in a dreamlike design that also hinted at the dream come true of getting to make your very own wine.

Where it began
It all started in a caffeine-fueled brainstorming session for this year’s Tasting Tour.

From idea to blueprint
Turning a spark into something real takes a bit of graft. Here’s how the plan came together.

He loved the idea enough to hand over his barrels and let thousands of Angels loose on his reds.

Blending on the road
City by city, at every Tasting Tour stop, Angels mixed, sipped and submitted their perfect blend.

Bringing it all together
After a final round of tasting, Ben chose his winning blend – and one lucky Angel would soon be heading to France to help make it real.

Next stop: France
With the winner chosen, it was time to pack a bag and fly south to Ben’s place – as the Angel Blend headed towards the winery.
