No, we don’t just send you wine automatically. You add a £25 wine credit each month to spend when you want. It unlocks the best wines from independent winemakers – no middlemen, fair prices and up to a third less than supermarkets.
How does the intro offer work?
This is separate from your standard monthly payment. It’s simply a one-off welcome discount for new members to use on the first case they choose to order.
Do I get wine every month?
If you want to, yes, but we never send you wines automatically. You can let your monthly credit build up and spend the money when it suits you. Whether that’s every month or less frequently.
Can I top up my account?
Yes, you can update your standard monthly payment via your account settings at any time. It’s not a fee, more like your personal wine savings – credit that is yours to spend however you want.
Do I pick the wines myself?
You can either choose what to order yourself, or purchase a pre-built case for ease. There’s plenty to pick from, including mixed, white and red cases. And a number of starter cases, too.
Is it easy to cancel?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.
